Yantai/ The world’s first C-KING Super Cementing Unit went offline in Yantai, Jereh Headquarters. Independently developed by Jereh, the unit is designed to raise efficiency of operation and to promote the safe and reliable development of oil & gas industry.
As we know, Tarim Basin and Sichuan Basin are abundant with oil & gas resources, where multiple deep oil & gas fields and ultra-deep oil & gas fields are located. C-KING was therefore developed to conduct high-pressure, large-displacement operations in these areas. Featuring excellent slurry mixing capacity, pumping capacity and remote control, C-King is able to realize cost reduction and efficiency enhancement at the same time.

World’s Lightest Quintuplex Plunger Pump
C-King is equipped with brand-new JR2500QL plunger pump whose power rate can reach 2,500hp, specifically customized for client’s needs. By lowering reduction ratio and improving pump structure, it perfectly balances high power rate and light weight, thus satisfying the requirements of local transportation regulations.
A Self-Developed Dual-Mixing System
The self-developed dual mixing system of Jereh is another advantage. With a slurry mixing capacity above 3 m³/min, the unit has a stronger and quicker mixing ability as well as steadier slurry density.
Remote Control Makes Operation Easier
Operators can freely switch between manual mode and auto mode according to personal preference. Single mixing mode and dual mixing mode can also be switched freely to enhance mixing ability and guarantee the evenness of slurry. During the operation, intelligent computing and allocation of valve seat opening have made automatic operation a normal state.
It usually takes 8 regular cementing units to complete the operation whereas only 3 C-KING Super Cementing Units are needed for the same operation, counting in one back-up unit. Therefore, labor consumption and work intensity will be minimized too.
