Credits are often given to workover operators for having intense workload and risky working conditions. They remain potential threats to operators’ health and safety to this day.

Therefore, Jereh initiated the development of automated workover pipe handling system and now it is ready to eliminate threats with intelligent technology. The operation can be accomplished through just one button by two staff, lowering manpower demand to the least. Intelligent control system guarantees operation safety with a built-in interlock program. And mud-splash proof device and waste fluid recovery system will avoid pollution effectively.

The system features an independently skid-mounted platform and a highly integrated mini workover robot, which only take up limited space. “Jereh has always been our prior choice. The new system once again proves Jereh’s quality product and service. Jereh engineers work with our operators throughout the whole process to keep on product optimization.” said the client.

Based on long-term field investigation, Jereh’s R&D on automated pipe handling system started in 2010. After years of improvement and innovation, the system has finally evolved into the current mature model. Mr. Zhang Hongnai, Vice President of Jereh Well Service Equipment Group, says, “Jereh is dedicated to providing intelligent products and solutions for oil & gas field development and production. We try to make operation easier and safer for operators by introducing more automated technologies.”
